Meet Sara,

Wellness, to me, is the purest form of self respect. It is a daily commitment to align with the future I envision and to live in a way that reflects my authentic self. I guide women in creating a clear wellness vision and building sustainable practices that support confidence, balance, and growth.

For me, wellness started in the swimming pool. I swam competitively for seventeen years, and that is where I learned the value of consistency and intentional self care.

I later became certified in Health and Wellness Nutrition through Harvard Medical School, trained through WellCoaches, earned my National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaching, and taught yoga for over five years. With over thirteen years in luxury retail, I work closely with women one on one, and bring thoughtful guidance to every partnership.
